LIVINGSTON, Mont. (AP) -- A Great Falls man who pleaded guilty to damaging
vehicles in Park County to pay a debt has received a two-year deferred sentence.
The Livingston Enterprise reports District Judge Nels Swandal gave both sides
time to determine the amount of restitution owed by 33-year-old Aaron Patrick
Bourne. If it's more than $1,500, the criminal mischief charge will be a felony.
Bourne told investigators he damaged vehicles belonging to the ex-wife of 45-
year-old Kevin Todd Parker and her new boyfriend to pay off a debt he owed Parker.
Parker has pleaded guilty to stalking and is scheduled to be sentenced later
this month.
   Bourne apologized in court Monday.
