Saints Women head to Billings on 2 game winning streak

The Carroll College women pulled out a nice overtime victory over UM Western on Saturday night in their final regular season game. The Saints head to Billings on Wednesday night for a playoff game against Rocky Mountain. Saints Head Coach, Rachells Sayers, feels her team is peaking at just the right time.

“Rocky's a tough matchup for us, we've lost both but both have been close, we've been in control of both of those games most of the game. I think our kids are playing with a lot of confidence. I think they feel they have the ability to close games now, I think we're better on offense than we were the last time we played Rocky so I'm looking forward to the matchup,” says Sayers.

Here's the Frontier Conference women's playoff schedule. Top seeded Westminster plays UGF Tuesday. On Wednesday the Saints are at Rocky. UM Western plays Northern and 7th seeded Montana Tech plays number 2 LC State.
