Driver hospitalized after water tanker rollover

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) -- Cascade County officials say a firefighter was
flown to the hospital via helicopter after a water tanker rolled into a coulee as
firefighters monitored a grass fire north of Great Falls.
Capt. Ray Hitchcock tells the Great Falls Tribune a Lewis and Clark County
Rural Fire truck rolled at about 7:25 a.m. Wednesday. Hitchcock did not know
how badly the driver was injured.
Firefighters were continuing to monitor a 7,000-acre area sparked after high
winds snapped a power pole Tuesday afternoon.
Vince Kolar, director of the county's disaster and emergency services, says
helicopters were being used to dump water on hot spots.
Blaine County DES officials say a fire that burned up to 3,000 acres between
Havre and Chinook was 95 percent contained Wednesday.
