Lame Deer man charged in fatal crash

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) -- A Lame Deer man has denied federal charges filed after
an October crash that killed one person and injured another.
The Billings Gazette reports 23-year-old Jerard David Jo Threefingers pleaded
not guilty Wednesday to involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious injury.
Prosecutors allege Threefingers was driving drunk near Lame Deer on Oct. 2 and
caused the death of a person identified in court records only by their initials.
