Missoula woman charged after husband's overdose

   MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) -- A Missoula woman who police say injected her husband
with heroin at his request but that led to an overdose is in custody.
   The Missoulian reports that 42-year-old Terry L. Baillargeon was charged Friday in
Missoula County Justice Court with felony criminal endangerment and felony tampering
with or fabricating physical evidence.
   Police say Lawrence Baillargeon was found unresponsive Wednesday in the couple's
home.
   Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jason Marks says he expects charges against
Terry Baillargeon to be amended by Monday to include a negligent homicide charge
because Lawrence Baillargeon is not expected to survive.
   Baillargeon's bail was set at $50,000, and her next court appearance is set for Jan. 18.
