Law enforcement is asking for help from the public in locating the vehicle of a man they believe abducted a Cody Wyoming girl on Monday.

The vehicle is a 2004 or 2005, white 4 door Toyota SR-5 4 Runner.  Investigators believe the silver and black cargo box on the roof has been removed since these photos were taken.

The Cody Police Department, Wyoming division of criminal investigation and the FBI are also asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.

He is described as a white male between 55 and 60 years old with white or strawberry blonde hair and well-trimmed facial hair.  He is approximately 6 feet tall and between 185 and 200 pounds.

The suspect lured the 11 year old girl into his SUV by asking her help finding his missing puppy, he then threatened her with a gun.

The girl was sexually assaulted before she was released, she was later found by hunters and reunited with her family.  Anyone with information about the case should call local law enforcement.
