Man charged in prostitution for bond case
BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) -- A Billings man is charged with encouraging his
girlfriend to prostitute herself to raise his $500 bail in a domestic violence case.
The Billings Gazette reports 32-year-old David Earl Luginbuhl pleaded guilty
Tuesday to a felony charge of promoting prostitution Tuesday to a felony.
District Judge Gregory Todd set his bail at $10,000.

As part of the investigation, an officer listened to recorded jail calls
between Luginbuhl and his 21-year-old girlfriend and found numerous calls in which
he encouraged her to prostitute herself and even discussed prices for various sex
Prosecutors say she had deposited $250 into his jail account by April 22.
