Charges are still pending after the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri River Drug Task Force seized several marijuana plants from a Helena Valley residence.

Deputies arrived on scene for a domestic disturbance, arresting Cole Selleck, 31, for partner family member assault.  While at the trailer home, deputies smelled marijuana and got a warrant to search the place, finding 7 plants.  Law enforcement seized seven mature plants from the residence.  Friday in Justice Court, Selleck appeared to face PFMA charges.  He is looking at up to one year in jail and a $1,000 dollar fine.  The incident is still under investigation and all drug related charges are pending at this time. This is an ongoing investigation and we will have more information as details become available.
