Helena man faces sexual assault charges

A man facing sexual intercourse without consent made his initial appearance in judge Jim Reynolds court this morning.

A man facing sexual intercourse without consent made his initial appearance in Judge Jim Reynolds Court this morning.  Aaron Rose is also facing a felony sexual assault charge for allegedly having relations with a 13 year old girl that according to court documents, lasted for several months.  He faces a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 100 years to life in prison if convicted.  He will enter a plea on March 14th.
