Papa John's robbery suspect in court on drug charges

The man police say tried to rob the Helena Papa John's and then had a change of heart appeared in court today on drug charges.
David Randall Lacey is facing a felony attempted robbery charge for the Papa John's incident, and appeared in Judge Menahan's Court on those charges Wednesday. Today, Lacey appeared in Judge Kathy Seeley's Court to face 4 counts of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and one charge of criminal trespassing. He faces a maximum of life in prison and a minimum of 1 year for each charge. He's being held on $25,000 bond. He's scheduled to enter a plea on March 14th.
