Water line breaks flooding nearby street

Early this morning a water service line leading to a house on the corner of Logan and 5th Avenue busted, flooding the nearby street.
Police alerted the City's Water Maintenance who worked on repairing the pipe from 5 am this morning till late this afternoon. A service man from Water Maintenance says the city normally does not repair service lines leading to private property, but the flooding was so severe the city made an exception in this case.
