Man accused of breaking into P.E. Center pleads guilty

Meanwhile, a Helena man accused of breaking into the Carroll P.E. Center multiple times pleaded guilty today.
20 year old Adrian Trotchie pleaded guilty to 1 count of burglary and 2 counts of misdemeanor theft. Lewis and Clark County District Court Judge Jeffrey Sherlock deferred sentencing on the burglary count for 6 years.
If Trotchie violates the terms of his probationary sentence, he could go to prison for 20 years. Trotchie is also sentenced to a suspended 6 months in county jail for each of the theft charges. Trotchie will also have to pay restitution.
