Meanwhile, a Helena man accused of breaking into the Carroll P.E. Center multiple times pleaded guilty today.

20 year old Adrian Trotchie pleaded guilty to 1 count of burglary and 2 counts of misdemeanor theft.  Lewis and Clark County District Court Judge Jeffrey Sherlock deferred sentencing on the burglary count for 6 years.

If Trotchie violates the terms of his probationary sentence, he could go to prison for 20 years.  Trotchie is also sentenced to a suspended 6 months in county jail for each of the theft charges.  Trotchie will also have to pay restitution.
