Jury trial of accused murderer Michelle Gable continued today with the 5th day of court proceedings.

Lewis and Clark County Attorney Leo Gallagher called Missoula State Crime Lab Firearm Division Supervisor Travis Spinder, to the stand.  Spinder demonstrated for the jury, how the guns used in the shooting, a .38 revolver and a 9 millimeter semiautomatic, work.  He testified the guns would not discharge easily.

Gallagher says, "The webbing of my left hand into there, and it fell onto my webbing, the hammer.  Would the gun discharge?

Spinder says, "No."
