Painted Pot wraps up charity for Sandy Hook
The Painted Pot is wrapping up its Sandy Hook Elementary School fundraiser.
Painted Pot Owner, Brianne Harrington, accepted snowflake and winter themed ornaments to help decorate the school where students will finish the academic year.
Over the course of 2 weeks she received more than 50 donations. Harrington says she appreciates the community involvement, saying people who never visited the Painted Pot before came out to support.
Harrington says, "We'll it's been amazing the outpouring of the community of Helena has been really incredible. We know we live in a caring community but it's always great to see it in action."
Harrington says she will send the ornaments to Connecticut this weekend.
