Helena man pleads guilty to child pornography charges

A Helena man pleaded guilty, Tuesday, to federal child pornography charges.
65 year old William Paul Robinson admitted to receiving child pornography in a Missoula Federal Courtroom. According to information from the U.S. Department of Justice, he possessed a total of more than 800 images and about 25 videos of child pornography on his computer.
An investigation also revealed Robinson distributed child pornography to others through the internet. He faces possible penalties of between 5 and 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and lifetime supervision. Sentencing is set for March 20th.
