In Municipal Court today, a man pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.

William Thomas Spencer pleaded guilty to exposing himself in a sexual manner in public view, in an incident 2 weeks ago near the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds.  Spencer was ordered to pay a $340 fine, a jail sentence was suspended.

Also in Municipal Court, a man pleaded not guilty to 16 separate charges, most of them being traffic offenses.  Over the weekend, Michael Anthony Yurosko allegedly didn't stop his vehicle when an officer tried to pull him over.

After a brief car chase, Yurosko allegedly lost control of his vehicle, and fled on foot before the officer caught him.  Yurosko has an omnibus hearing scheduled for December 26th.  He is being held at Lewis and Clark County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
