Bond reinstated for Brian Temple

A Helena judge reinstated a $100,000 bond for a man in an ongoing case regarding an officer involved shooting last year.
Brian Temple was arrested for violating the conditions of his release. The judge reinstated the bond and stated he'll be under the supervision of probation and parole.
Earlier this month, a probation officer found the makings of what could be a possible meth lab at Temple's house. The Missouri River Drug Task Force is investigating the case.
