A teen convicted earlier this year for robbing a Helena gas station in February pleaded guilty today for violating the conditions of his sentence.
Kade Michael Gromann admitted he didn't complete the Treasure State Boot Camp Program he was required to enroll in. During his sentencing in August, District Court Judge Jim Reynolds said the felony charge would be cleared from Gromann's record if he completed the sentence, but he'd face a much harsher penalty if he didn't finish the boot camp. Gromann's next court date is scheduled for December.
