In an interview on Tuesday, officials say Randolph admitted to engaging in sexual intercourse with the minor on 2 different occasions and using the internet to encourage the minor to engage in sexual conduct.

The 2 felony sexual intercourse without consent charges carry a possibly penalty to 100 years to life in prison.  The maximum sentence for sexual abuse of children is 100 years in prison.  The judge set Ranolph's bail at $50,000.
