Actors from 80's TV series "Newhart" in Helena for new musical

Two actors from the hit 80's television series Newhart, are in Helena tonight on a tour for their new musical.

John Voldstad and Tony Papenfuss, better known as the brothers Darryl and other brother Darryl, are the stars in the musical “Deer Camp.”

Voldstad and Papenfuss say they cherished their time on Newhart.  They say Bob Newhart in particular, is a professional and all around nice guy.

Voldstad says, "It was just great family atmosphere.  We saw their kids grow up and stuff.  I had fun working with my friends and my brother."

Papenfuss says, "It was pretty much ideal.  We couldn't have expected nor even wanted anything more."
