Tibetan Sand Mandala begins

Reporter Drew Steele is heading to the State Capitol as the opening ceremony of an ancient tradition begins. The Sand Mandala is an artwork constructed over a period of days by Tibetan Monks to symbolize the impermanence of life.

Drew will have more tonight on the news at 5:30pm and 6:00pm.
