AARP's Helena office host telephone town hall meeting
Montana AARP members from across the state had the chance to voice their concerns in a telephone town hall meeting this morning.
The meeting is part of AARP’s campaign “You've Earned a Say,” which encourages all Americans to make their voices heard about Medicare and retirement security.
Calls came in from around the state on a variety of topics. One caller from Anaconda said she's worried about why Social Security money is being used for other things.
An AARP Member said, "Why doesn't Congress put back in what they've taken out? That's not right and all they can think of is spending it some other way."
