Armed robbery
Helena Police are looking for a man who walked into the Holiday gas station on Euclid early Wednesday morning, pointed a gun at the cashier, and robbed the store.
The armed individual came into the station around 1 a.m. with what is believed to be a black semi-automatic pistol. After demanding money from the clerk on duty the suspect exited the west side doors of the store and into an alley. Helena Police Chief, Troy McGee, says the suspect may be wearing distinct clothing that will help identify him.
"He's described as a white male, clean shaven. Late teens to early 20's wearing a camouflage type jacket that looks like it's either a ski or snowboarding type jacket with a black hood. And the hood looks like it has some kind of design or insignia on it," says McGee.
Chief McGee asks that if anyone has information on the suspect to contact Crime Stoppers at (406) 443-2000
