Montana Superintendent of Public Instruction, Denise Juneau, has nominated three schools for the 2012 National Blue Ribbon Schools Award.

The Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes elementary and secondary schools that make significant progress in closing the achievement gap or have students who perform at high levels. Montana City Elementary School, Lincoln School, and Columbus High School are all nominated in the category of "Exemplary High Performing School." we'll hear more from Juneau and the Montana City Elementary Principal about the honor on Wednesday.
