Police search for Cory Ahenakew

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who walked away from the Great Falls Pre-Release Center Thursday evening.

Cory James Ahenakew failed to report after work Thursday night.  Ahenakew was convicted of criminal endangerment in Lewis and Clark County for assault with a dangerous weapon and is also listed on the states violent offender list.

Height: 6'1"          Weight: 185lbs.
Hair: Brown          Eyes: Brown
Race: Native American
Tattoo on Left Arm/Hand:  "Cree"

He is about 6’-1” with a medium build and brown hair and brown eyes.  Ahenakew is of Native American decent and weighs about 185 pounds.  He has two tattoos on his left arm and hand that both read "Cree."  If you have any information regarding his location, please call your local law enforcement.
