A Great Falls man is behind bars after he allegedly injured a toddler in his care.
Cascade County prosecutors say 20 year old Riley James Charlo-Whitworth spanked the 2 year old boy, covered his mouth, and eventually threw the boy against a wall when he would not stop crying.
Charlo-Whitworth is facing felony charges and is being held on $200,000 bail. The toddler is in intensive care, but is expected to make a full recovery.
