Great Falls fire marshal charged after man's death

 GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) -- Great Falls Fire Marshal Doug Bennyhoff is facing
misdemeanor charges of negligent endangerment and obstructing a police officer a
fter the death of a man last fall.
   The Great Falls Tribune reports  the charges were filed in Cascade County Justice
 Court on Monday.
   The state Division of Criminal Investigation recently completed an investigation
 into the death of Orville "Lee" Jones, who was injured in a Sept. 15 fall at
 a casino on the west side of Great Falls, Jones died of his injuries a few days
 later.
   DCI turned over the results of its investigation to the Montana Department of
 Justice Prosecution Services Bureau.
