Great Falls death under investigation
GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) -- Great Falls Police Chief Dave Bowen says his
department has asked for the Division of Criminal Investigation's help investigating
what led to a man's death Tuesday.
The Great Falls Tribune reports the man was injured Sept. 15 and later died from
those injuries. A news release from the Department of Justice says the actions of
Great Falls Fire Marshal Doug Bennyhoff, who was at the scene, may have contributed
to the person's death. Details weren't released.
Bennyhoff was not immediately available for comment when the Tribune reached
him Thursday afternoon.
