18 year old appears in court on sexual assault charges

A man facing a charge of sexual intercourse without consent appeared in Judge Jim Reynolds court this morning.

18 year old William Biggs is accused of assaulting a 15 year old girl in a hallway at Helena High School.  He faces a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of life in prison if convicted.  Biggs will enter a plea on March 14th.
